Return & Exchange Policy – IKKĀSA
At IKKĀSA, we pour care and tradition into every piece we create. While we hope you love what you receive, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
We offer refunds for eligible returns once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact us at support@ikkasa.in to schedule a home pickup.
Return Eligibility:
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and sealed in original packaging with all tags intact.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Important Notes:
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged.
Returns are subject to quality check before the refund is approved.
Delivery & Payment – IKKĀSA
We ship across India with the following rates:
Free Shipping – on orders ₹999 and above
Saver Shipping – ₹40 for orders between ₹599 – ₹998
Standard Shipping – ₹60 for orders below ₹599
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order value.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment.
